Mr. Harold Tate and his Team were fantastic! I brought my new 2023 Sportage in to have the recall item checked which was the passenger side curtain airbag may have had a twist in it from the factory install. My girl came back passing with flying colors. They even inspected the Driver's side curtain airbag while it was in, and they also did a Multi-Point Inspection on her fluids, etc. Recall details said it could take 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. My appt time was 4:30p and I was out at 5:00p so it was probably like a race car pit stop ...

Amazing customer service and personability. Their "hand wash" is not a hand wash though. But done with a bristle brush and not carefully. I left with a scratch on the hood (not fixed) for a car I paid $42,000 cash for that was flawless prior to.
