I've been Kia owner for less than a year and I've had my car service twice at the Canton Kia location. The service is absolutely spot on. The service was explain to me in detail and I was treated with dignity. I will only take my Kia to a Kia dealership. Proud Kia owner.
I'm giving 5 stars because they did take care of my recall/update while I was there for an oil change and rotation. There was a difference in the personal customer service I received this time. Last time I had a different service advisor, and he gave me a discount, opened the doors for me and treated me very special! I even got my car washed! But this time I didn't get a discount or have the door opened for me or given a car wash. Which is ok, but it was just so surprisingly nice last time, I thought that ...
Very excellent customer service kept me up to date on everything going in and out and even worked on a price with me to get me my new(used) HHR. Would reccomend to anyone!

Great dealership with some of the best employees around. Ricky, Matthew, and JR could not have made our buying experience any better. Everyone here went above and beyond to work with us and ensure the buying process went smoothly. I could not recommend this dealership anymore. Ricky is one of the most personable car salesman I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with and was willing to talk through every question/concern I had. The same goes for Matthew and JR.
