I’m sharing this because it’s a serious safety concern.
I leased a vehicle from this dealership last week, and shortly after bringing it home, I discovered that 3 of the 4 wheels were not properly tightened. I’ve been driving this vehicle with my five kids, and realizing that put us at risk is honestly terrifying.
This should never happen—basic safety checks are the bare minimum when handing over a vehicle.

Dealership was good overall. The waiting area is nice and the staff is friendly/very accommodating for whatever you need whether buying a car or not. I bought a 2026 Kia Carnival from Abe and the experience overall was pretty good. The interest rates on some of the options, despite having an 817 credit score was insane. Nonetheless I did like this dealership overall and would recommend buying a Kia from here.

Called them two times for several weeks apart and they asked my contact information with promising call me back for the car I am interested in. But no responses at all. After a couple of weeks later, I still found the car still is there with dealer discount in website and drove down to the dealer.

The service dept is terrible. Talk a good talk but didn’t complete the work and charged me for a general tuneup over $400.00. Sending my grandson to college and wanted to be sure the car was in tip top shape. They told me every thing they were gonna do and at the end of over 2 hrs and $400.00 we went to leave two days later and his dad didn’t know we had taken it to the service dept and he checked the levels When I checked nothing had been done The brake fluid was low the antifreeze level was low ... My vehicle has been sitting in kia of canton parking lot for 9 days and they have still not looked at my suv for service nor has anyone contacted me with a status. Several time no one even answers the phone. How can you run a business like this and still stay in business? Why have warranty if you are without your vehicle for weeks?

It was a really smooth experience of buying a new car. The dealership was clean and presentable. Salesperson, Ricky Porter, advised us from time to time to make prudent decisions in buying. We switched at the last moment and decided to buy a different vehicle that was in their inventory, but Ricky handled it very smoothly and handed us the car fully cleaned and with the tank full of gas.

Amazing customer service and personability. Their "hand wash" is not a hand wash though. But done with a bristle brush and not carefully. I left with a scratch on the hood (not fixed) for a car I paid $42,000 cash for that was flawless prior to.
